Grass clippings, weeds, leaves, and other yard debris should never be left in the street or near storm drains. Not only can this cause drainage issues, but it also creates slipping and visibility hazards for pedestrians, cyclists, and drivers.As a reminder, property owners and occupants are responsible for keeping yard waste off the borough’s streets and out of the storm drains.
